Nutrition and the Immune System

Nutrition plays an integral role in supporting and mediating the immune system. In this video, we review how the immune system works and discuss the impact of vitamins A, D, E, and C, zinc, fiber, and omega 3 fatty acids.

And we have a bonus video about research involving vitamin C and the coronavirus. Check it out on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/aplus.rd/

You can check out the clinical trial that I talk about here: https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT04264533
